Aha !! thanks to osx86 guys ! I installed MacOs successfully at VmWare ! =) it´s running fine, just some notes on the setup process:

#1 create your disk as IDE not SCSI

#2 after create the VM in Vmware change the vmx file and add paevm = “TRUE” [thanks to traveller]

#3 to mount the setup ISO file [that use HFS file system] I used daemon-tools [thanks to this guide]

#4 follow the setup and remember to partition the disk before start the copy of the files

at the end a nice place to test some apps !
